Tamil actress Nisha Sharma shoots for Newz66 Charity Shot

Tamil actress and model Nisha Sharma recently shot for the Newz66 Charity Shot organised by content website newz66.com. The concept of the Newz66 Charity Shot is very simple. Models and actors donate 6 hours of their time for a concept photo shoot for an awareness campaign based on social issues like women’s empowerment, rape, cruelty to animals, clothing for street kids, etc. 

Actress Nisha Sharma has been signed on for a big budget Tamil film to be jointly produced by Red Ruby Films of Mumbai and Vrindavaan Films. The film goes on floor on 29th September this year and features six well-known actors from the Tamil film industry.

Says Nisha Sharma, “I am proud to be associated with the Newz66 Charity Shot charity event and look forward to shooting with them once again. This time the shoot revolved around clothing for street kids. It was a wonderful experience shooting with street kids who were really fantastic and really co-operative during the entire shoot. I am grateful to bollywood photographer Raju Asrani and Zoom Studio for supporting this project and wish Newz66 all the best.”

Bollywood actress and model Gulshan Sharma posed nude for a centre spread and cover for a French magazine for which she was reportedly paid Rs 50 lakh. Gulshan Sharma has been modeling and acting for over 8 years. She is now a show stopper for the FMN Fashion Pageant – the World’s Longest Fashion Show to be held in Mumbai on 30th November. She is also one of the participants in the Mr & Ms India Fitness Modeling pageant.

Salman Khan’s “friend” Yazmin Khan fumes over incorrect media coverage

New York-born and now Mumbai-based model and actress Yazmin Khan is livid. And she has every right to be so. First a prominent TV channel recently ran a news report on Bigg Boss 7 and mentioned her name as one of the probable participants, quoting reliable sources as saying that the leggy model has Salman Khan’s “aashirwaad” for the popular reality show. 

Next, the news was picked up by the online media which blasted the “gossip” all over the internet. Well who doesn't love some publicity, but Yazmin Khan says, “They first spelled my name wrongly. My name is not spelled as Yasmeen Khan, its Yazmin Khan. I am Yazmin with a ‘Z’”. Another prominent portal owned by the most popular English newspaper in the world, mixed up her photographs with that of an item girl who shares a similar name. “Till yesterday, nobody talked about me. Now I am being mixed up with item girls and even transvestites,” lamented Yazmin Khan with tears in her eyes.

It has been reported earlier that Salman Khan’s “New York friend” model and Yazmin Khan is likely to be in Bigg Boss 7. According to reliable sources, Yazmin Khan who used to shuttle between New York, Mumbai and Delhi for modeling assignments has shifted base to Mumbai lock, stock and barrel with family and even purchased a flat in suburban Mumbai.

22-year-old Yazmin who harbors acting dreams and wants to one day take up acting as a serious career option is also a “good friend” of Bollywood Badshah Salman Khan. The two have occasionally been in touch on SMS and mail and it is rumored that Salman Khan probably put in a good word for Yazmin enabling her to get on India’s most popular reality show. However, as expected the channel wouldn't confirm anything.

Yazmin refused to speak to the media and said she cannot comment on media speculation or media reports.
